Падение скорости проверки вызвано тем, что Google значительно понизил порог срабатывания капчи. На данный момент большой процент поисковых запросов либо блокируется, либо сталкивается с капчей, из-за этого отчеты формируются дольше обычного. Данная ситуация происходит в глобальном масштабе и, как правило, может длиться от нескольких дней до двух недель, затем Google ослабляет блокировки и все начинает работать в обычном режиме. Таким образом Google регулирует нагрузку на свои сервера.

В данной ситуации остается только подождать, и, через некоторое время, все автоматически придет в норму.

You can add unlimited competitors at no additional cost. But when you add Search Engines, the cost of checks increases proportionally. For example, if you have 100 keywords and 2 Search Engines, you will pay for the 100 * 2 = 200 checks.
