Pause, time remaining e progress of checking keyword process

During the checking of the keywords is not shown the progress of process,  the estimate of the remaining time and isn't available a pause button.

Freezes on checking

I've just added to projects and set it up with a search engine and some keywords.
It how ever looks like it freezes on "checking" as all keywords for both projects are just saying "checking" even after 30minutes.

The search enginge is Sweden Google, EN. Any issues there?

competitor rankings not appear

Hi there!

I've added a competitor, automatically the checking of the rankings started. But the status is still 'checking...' And this after a few hours :S I allready deleted the competitor and added it again, but still it says 'checking...' No rankings appears!

Is this a bug? Or did I forgot something to do? Thanks for replying!

Not showing ranking for organic local results

Rankinity seems to have a problem with detecting ranking for pages listed in the organic local results. 

Is this a bug, or do you provide different options for search engines that I am not aware of ?

When defining group what does the URL field do

I entered a number of keywords and group them in to a keyword category and entered a URL.  Do the reports only track against the keywords against this URL?

I would like to have the possibility to track any of my site's SERP entries for any keyword of my keywords regardless of group URL.  This would allow me to find unintended Hot pages.  

Do have to enter all of my keywords again in another project to do this?

copy a project/ change a link address/domain address

Hi,

I am a new user.  I set up a  tracking program with lots of links to be tracked.  After the setup of the project, I realized that the link that I entered in in the beginning was not the canonical one or maybe to deep in the site tree.  I would like to change the link with out having redo the entire project.  

A chance to redefine the link without have to enter the entire tracking list by hand would be great.

System doesn't check yandex russia and yandex ukraine

System stopped checking Yandex. I've deleted search engines (Yandex RU and Yandex UA), than added again. Status of keywords "checking..." and this situation is already during more than an hour... Nothing happens...
